| When i got the car working back in 1995 cruise control worked just
fine as it should be. Occasionally (usually after harder bump) speed started
to increase, but not always and i could live with that. |

| But then it stopped working and instead when ignition is turned on
there is a rattling sound from actuator. |

| I had Porsche workshop manual from Pelican
Parts as well as part and technical reference catalog they sell (also
available from Type911.). With
the help of troubleshooting instructions given in manual problems were
located to actuator. |

| Never thought of getting this item as new from dealer so together with
black box for A/C system it was ordered from 944ecology
parts. They had just the item i needed in stock all tested with 3 months
warranty. Haven't had a chance to test it yet, but at least now it passes
all the tests in workshop manual. |
