Explorer operation (2000-09-25)

What was supposed to be a just a quick demonstration tour in close bay turned out to be little bit more complicated than that.
First of all engine didn't start as it is used to, we had to really spin it for some time before it started to run. Then charging light wouldn't go away even if throttle was applied.
We had driven 30km (18.6miles) to drive this thing and sure we were going to do just that! We had to take a shorter tour than planned though so that we wouldn't end up with dead battery. Weather was again nice with mild wind and we made just 5.2km (3.2miles) tour around closest islands. Topped 50.3km/h (31.3mph) to tail wind with four onboard, but still charging light only slightly dimmed but didn't go away.
When approaching hoverport i took it far too causously and when the water is so low as i happened to be, we were stuck on a bank half way to ashore. I and other male passenger had to step down from the craft and start pulling the craft while my girlfriend was in charge of controls. We got the craft to hoverport and i immediately started to remove charger for further inspection.

Few pics of the craft resting in hoverport, mostly pictures of windshield.
